These large egg washing grading and packing lines are ideal for:

Put trays of eggs on the conveyor manually, the conveyor will transfer them to auto vacuum loader, through the vacuum suction system, the vacuum loader automaticly sucks the eggs and gently transfer them onto the egg accumulator. If you choose the 615 auto vacuum loader working with the 109 egg grader will makes egg loading more easier and efficient.

The guide bars of the accumulator ensure that the eggs are evenly distributed to all rows.

When eggs pass through the candling booth with the candling cover and mirror, the cracked, dirty or other unqualified eggs can
be inspected through LED light and be picked out manually. Then the accumulator will transfer the eggs towards to the egg washing system.

The egg sanitizer sprayer automatically sprays sanitizer or detergent onto the eggshell to kill bacteria for food security.

Eggs are cleaned in the egg washing machine by brushes with warm water, circulating water is not allowed for egg washing based on the food safety policy. Water on eggs will be swept off by drying brushes and meanwhile the eggs themselves are dried at low temperature by the drying air blowing system. The drying rate can reach up to 95-99% which depends on the environment humidity

Egg head turning ensures the eggs are orientated with the bigger head (air chamber) on top for longer storage before packing. After head-turning, the eggs will be sent to the egg-hanging claws of the egg grading system.

Graded eggs are transported to different egg packaging lines and then loaded into different egg trays automatically. The Automatic packing lane includes a manual egg tray stacker and output conveyor. Empty trays or cartons are manually placed in the egg tray stacker. The stacker sends the empty trays or cartons to the right place where the eggs will drop from. The egg hanging claw will drop the graded eggs into the corresponding 30-egg tray automatically, and then the output conveyor transfers the trays or cartons to the end of the conveyor. Workers will pack the trays and cartons into the box. Each auto egg packer packs 1-grade eggs.

When eggs pass through the load cells, each egg is weighed and recorded, except the eggs being packed into the auto egg packers, other eggs are dropped on the sponge rollers according to their weights, and the sponge rollers transfer the eggs to the manual collection table, you can collect the eggs there and pack them into egg trays/cartons manually. The collection table can be split into three sections for three egg sizes (2 normal sizes and 1 off-grade).
