The 5,000 eggs/hr eggs cleaning grading system can process 5,000 eggs per hour and satisfies egg cleaning requirements for medium-sized cage-free farms. This egg-washing system is capable of loading, sanitizer spraying, brush washing, drying, candling, printing, and grading functions. 2 models of 5,000 eggs/hr egg processing line for choice: TD-201A ( without grading function) and TD-301A ( with grading function).

1. TD-201A Egg Washing Line
Including egg candling, sanitizer, brush washing and drying, candling, and optional egg printing with a maximum capacity of 5000 eggs/hour.

Processing Flow of TD-201A Egg Washing Line
a) Egg loading
First, eggs are put onto the roller of the egg loading unit by hand or by vacuum egg lifter.

b) Egg candling (optional)
Eggs will run through LED lights for candling before dropping into the egg washer or at the end of the processing line, workers can easily pick out any unqualified eggs such as leaking or cracking ones.
c) Sanitizer spraying
Sanitizer equipment sprays disinfectant or detergent to eggs.
d) Cleaning eggs
Eggs are well cleaned by brushes with warm water spraying. Brush modules are flexible, and adjustments can be made on brush distance, position, and speed.
e) Drying eggs
Eggs are perfectly dried by a drying brush and strong air generated by drying fans.
f) Printing (optional)
The single-head printing machine could be attached at the end of the egg washer, you can print your farm name, logo, date, best before date, etc. on eggs.
g) Cleaned eggs collection table
At last, operators should collect cleaned eggs from the egg collecting table.
2. TD-301A Egg Washing Grading Line
- TD-301A egg processing line is comprised of 201A egg washing line and 102B egg grader.
- Including egg candling, sanitizer, brush washing and drying, UV sterilizing, candling, grading, and optional egg printing with a maximum capacity of 5000 eggs/hour.
- Can be installed either in a straight line or at a right angle.

Processing Flow of TD-301A Egg Washing Grading Line
1.Loading
- Workers put the eggs on the single feeding line of the egg washer by hand.
- Or the whole tray of eggs can be vacuum lifted onto the egg accumulator by using the vacuum egg lifter, which is faster.
2. Sanitizer
Sanitizer sprayer sprays disinfectant or detergent on the eggs.
3. Washing
While the warm water spraying on the eggs, the special cleaning brushes are removing the dirt on the eggshells, which makes sure the eggs are cleaned thoroughly.
The brush distance, position, and speed are adjustable.
4. Drying
Eggs are perfectly dried by drying brushes and strong airflow generated by drying fans.
5. Printing (option)
401H single-head printing machine can be attached print the farm name, logo, date, best before date, or other information on the eggshells.
6. UV sterilizing
The UV system uses Ultra Violet technology to reduce contamination and bacteria on the shell surface of eggs after cleaning. The cover ensures that UV ray light stays within the system. The handle beside the cover makes cleaning very easy
7. Candling
Eggs will run through LED lights on a belt conveyor to the 102B egg grader for candling, which helps worker pick out any unqualified eggs, such as those with leaks or cracks.
Eggs will be sorted into 5 grades by weight with a precision within ±1g. Different grades of eggs will be sent to different board , then worker collect them manually.
