The 3,000 eggs/hr egg cleaning line is automated egg processing equipment, which is used to wash the dirty eggs with warm water and brushes, and then dry them quickly. Including ramp loading, candling, sanitizer sprayer, washing, drying, manual collection table, and egg grading machine. Only 2 or 3 workers are needed to operate the egg process line. Processing Flow of TD-200A Egg Processing Line
1.Manual loading & candling
Workers place eggs on the loading ramp.
Eggs will run through LED lights for candling purposes before dropping into the egg washer, meaning workers can easily pick out any unqualified eggs such as leaking or cracking ones.
2.Sanitizer spraying
The sanitizer sprayer sprays sanitizer or detergent (customer provides) onto eggs automatically for food security purpose. The eggs are cleaned by brushes with warm water (customer provides water heater).
3.Cleaning & Drying
Water on eggs will be swept off by the drying brushes, and meanwhile the eggs themselves are dried by the drying fan system,the drying rate can reach up to 95% which depends on the environment humidity.
4. Manual collection
Clean eggs will roll onto the collection table and will be placed into trays manually.
2. TD-300A Egg Washing Grading Line
- Including ramp loading, candling, sanitizer sprayer, washing, drying, grading, and an optional egg printer with a capacity of 3,000 eggs/hour.
- The egg grader can sort eggs into 7 grades.

Processing Flow of TD-300A Egg Processing Line
1.Manual loading & candling
The worker place eggs on the conveyor. The candling device under the conveyor will help the worker detect the broken eggs and pick them out, to ensure the quality of the eggs.
2. Sanitizer spraying
Sanitizer spraying device will spray food-grade disinfectant or detergent onto the eggshells to kill bacteria.
3. Washing
Then eggs will come into the washing system. While the warm water spraying, the brushes remove the dirt on the eggs. So eggs are fully cleaned.
The water volume and brush speed can be adjusted according to the degree of egg dirt.

5. Printing (option)
401H single-head printing machine can be attached to the end of the egg washing drying machine. The farm name, logo, date, best before date or other information can be printed on the eggshells.
6. UV sterilizing
Ultraviolet light irradiation can eliminates any bacteria on the egg surface.
7. Candling
Eggs will run through LED lights for a candling purpose on the belt conveyor, allowing employees to easily remove any unqualified eggs that leak or are cracked.
8. Grading
Eggs are graded by weight, and can be sorted up to 7 grades, with accuracy within 1g.
