The TD-302A egg processing line is a complete solution for industrial egg processing, integrating washing, candling, sterilizing, oiling, grading, and packing into one streamlined system. The capacity is 10,000 eggs/hour. Ideal for medium to large-scale egg production facilities, this line ensures high efficiency, precision, and hygiene, meeting industry standards for egg quality. It comprises a vacuum egg lifter, egg accumulator table with candling device, egg washing drying system, sanitizer spraying device, auto head-turning device, egg printer(optional), electronic egg grading machine, and auto egg packaging system.

TD-302A Egg Processing Line Functions Details
1. Eggs Lifting, Accumulating and Candling
- Using a vacuum egg lifter which can lift 30 eggs at a time, to suck up eggs onto the accumulator.
- Under the accumulator, there is equipped the candling device, which is of 6 rows LED lights. The LED candling device equips with a cover and mirror to reinforce the candling effect. By candling, the worker can pick out leaking, dirty, or cracked eggs easily.
- After candling, the egg accumulator directs 6 lines of eggs into the single row conveyor, and the eggs are transported to the sanitizer.
2. Eggs Sanitizing
Sanitizer equipment sprays disinfectant or detergent onto the eggs. After being sanitized, the eggs are conveyed to the egg washing machine.
3. Eggs Washing
Under the warm water spraying, the eggs are fully cleaned by two sets of brush. The brush modules are flexible, and the brush distance, position, and speed can be set as per your need.
4. Eggs Drying
Eggs are perfectly dried by drying brush and strong air generated by drying fans.
5. Food-grade Oil Spraying
The specially designed fuel injection device sprays food-grade with mineral oil to the dry clean eggshell, the oil can form a protective film covering the eggshell, which can reduce the loss of water and prevent the entry of the external bacteria.
6. Auto Head Turning
The auto head-turning device orientates eggs with the larger end facing up and the narrow end facing down for longer storage.
7. Printing (option)
401H single-head printing machine can be attached at the end of the egg washing drying system. The farm name, logo, date, best before date, and other information can be printed onto the eggshell.
8. Egg Grading and Counting
The eggs are conveyed to the electronic egg grading machine. The PLC system-controlled electronic egg grading machine sorts eggs based on weights into 4 grades, and it can intelligently count the number of eggs at each level of each shift and the total number of eggs at each level. Eggs of different weights fall down to different packing lanes to be packed.
9. Automatic Packaging System
- Automatic packing systemincludes single row egg drop device, feeding device and egg belt.
- Empty trays must be manually placed in the egg tray feeding device, and then be sentto the place where the eggs will drop down.
- The single row egg drop device automatically dropsthe eggs of the same level respectively down to 6, 10, 12, 15, 18, 20, 24 and 30-egg tray automatically.
10. Manual Collection Conveyor
The egg trays loaded with eggs will be collected manually.
