Operating Steps of Peeling Quail Eggs

* Quail Egg Boiling Machine (150-200kg/h)-boil quail eggs;
* Quail Egg Breaking Machine (500Kg/h)-break boiled quail eggs;
* Quail Egg Peeling Machine (150kg/h)-remove quail eggs shells.

1. The quail eggs should be placed for 3-5 days.
2. Pour the eggs into the eggs boiling machine, the boiling time should be set in 10-15 minutes and pick the bad eggs floated on the water.
3. Cooling the boiled quail eggs for about 5 minutes, then break eggshell by using egg breaking machine.
4. Put the broken eggs into cold water for about 15mins, then they are able to be put into the quail eggs peeling machine.
5. Connect electric power and water source, control the water discharge, as the flow speed decided to the eggs peeling speed.
6. Put cooling-off eggs into quail egg peeling machine, and begin peeling eggs.
