1. TD-602 vacuum egg lifter: Load 30 eggs to the egg conveyor each time.
2. TD-604A egg conveyor: with egg collection and conveying function, eggs are orderly transferred to the three-row conveying rubber roller of the egg grader.
3. TD-102B egg grader: with LED light inspection and mechanical grading functions.
4. Egg loading direction: left (L)/right (R) optional.
5. Capacity 5,400 eggs/hour electronic grading and auto-packing.
6. A PLC control system controls the entire egg grading packing process through a touchscreen.
7. The head-turning system ensures the eggs are orientated with the bigger head (air chamber) on top for longer storage before getting packed.
8. The egg counting function helps you to check how many eggs of each grade and total output per shift have been processed.
9. Only 2 workers are needed to operate the machine, one person loads the eggs on the accumulator and does the candling, and another loads empty trays and collects the loaded egg trays.

1. TD-602 vacuum egg lifter: Load 30 eggs to the egg conveyor each time.
2. TD-605A egg conveyor. Includes egg collection and conveying, six-row LED light candling.
3. TD-104A egg grader, including automatic U-turn, electronic grading, and counting functions.
4. TD-700B egg packaging machine (2 sets), each set contains 1 tray delivery device and 1 egg conveyor belt. The empty egg tray is manually placed in the tray delivery device and automatically transported to the right place where the eggs fall to be filled with eggs, then output through the belt.
5. TD-608B egg conveyor (1 set, 2.4 meters long), the graded eggs fall onto the rolling foam roller, and then flow into the egg conveyor belt. The eggs are manually loaded into the corresponding egg tray. Each egg conveyor can be used to collect up to 2 levels of eggs.
6. Capacity 10,000 eggs/hour electronic grading and auto-packing. Sort eggs into 4 grades, with accuracy within 1g.
7. The auto-packer can pack eggs into the 10, 12, 15, 18, 20, 24, and 30 egg trays/cartons automatically.
8. The 104A egg grading machine can connect with the 202A egg washing line to form the 302A egg washing grading packing line with 10,000 eggs/hr capacity.
9. Application: suitable for grading fresh chicken eggs, fresh duck eggs, salted eggs, etc.

1. TD-604D Egg Conveyor. Including egg collection, conveying, candling, sorting, and orienting functions. The LED light inspection device is installed under the three rollers.
2. TD-408B Crack Detection Module. Including automatic crack detection function. When the eggs are rotating steadily and evenly through the detection area, the small hammer will tap several key points on each side of the eggshell, through a series of processes systems of sound wave collection, analysis, and judgment, the broken and cracked eggs will be automatically removed;
3. TD-105A Egg Grading Machine. Including electronic grading and counting functions. The PLC control system has a self-fault diagnosis function.
4. TD-608A Egg Conveyor (a total of 4 groups, 1 group of cracked eggs, 3 groups of good eggs after grading, each group is 1.2 meters long), the processed eggs fall onto the rolling foam roller and then flow into the egg conveyor belt.
5. If the eggs are not very dirty, the crack detection accuracy of the equipment can be over 98%.
6. Some dirty eggs and special-shaped eggs that are not damaged may be removed from the cracked eggs. We recommend manually checking it.

2. TD-700B egg packaging machine (3 sets), each set contains 1 tray delivery device and 1 egg delivery belt. The empty egg tray is manually placed in the tray delivery device and automatically transported to the right place where the eggs fall. The egg tray is filled with eggs then output through the belt and then manually packed.
3. Out-grade egg collection belt (1 set). eggs that are too large or too small will fall into this belt to get collection.
4. High Efficient. Capacity of 20000 eggs/hour electronic grading and auto-packing.
5. The entire egg grading packing process is controlled by a PLC control system that has a self-diagnosis function.
6. Eggs are weighed electronically and graded into 6 grades with accuracy within ±1g.
