The egg breaker part is a rotating disc type, and the processing speed is different according to the diameter of the disk. The capacities range from 3,000 eggs/h, 8,000 eggs/h to 15,000 eggs/h. High production efficiency and labor cost saving. We have two types of egg breaking machines for your choice. the TD-500 series egg breaker has a capacity of 8,000-12,000 eggs/hour, and the TD-501 model has a capacity of 3,000 eggs/hour.
1. TD-500 Series Large Capacity Egg Breaking Machines
The egg breaking machine is used for breaking eggs, and then separating the egg yolk from egg-white automatically.
* It has a rotating round disc type, the processing speed is different according to the disc diameters.
* Eggs are sent to the disk one by one by the conveyor chains by manual or semi-automatic chuck type, then eggs will be broken or the yolk and protein will be separated automatically.
